REPAY Payables Hotfix: Version 293.1 - Migrated user login issue

This hotfix corrects a login issue that affected a limited number of users whose accounts were migrated to the new login authentication service.

CPAY-5252FixIf a user's email address and username didn't match, sometimes they couldn't sign in after they were migrated. Now, REPAY Payables checks whether the email and username are different, and tries to sign in using the email address if the account can't be found under the username.

Note: In most cases, a user's email address and username match (username jkirk and email jkirk@email.com) and this isn't an issue.

REPAY ClickToPay: Version 1.34.0

This release rolls out single sign-on (SSO) authentication to REPAY ClickToPay internal users, retires two internal reports, and passes responses from the payment gateway back to Adobe Commerce checkout.

This release sets default values for missing Level 2 information, adds a confirmation step to payment gateway changes, fixes a ClickToPay issue, and updates internal error monitoring.

ERP-4693FeatureREPAY Setup and Payment Type Maintenance. A warning message is now displayed when you switch the payment gateway (between Legacy and REPAY gateways) or try to change the payment gateway credentials.

Review the message and click Confirm Change to save your updates.

The warning message explains the potential issues. 

CAUTION! Modifying the payment gateway type or the payment gateway’s API credentials could lead to mismatches in credit card or ACH GUIDs, prevent outstanding authorizations from capturing during journal updates, or other negative impacts on your ability to process payments with REPAY.
ERP-4770FeatureAdded default values for Level 2 transaction information. When processing a credit card payment, if any of these values are not available in Sage 100, they will default: PO Number, Duty Amount, Shipping and Discount Amount, Order Number, Ship-from Zip, and Ship-to Country.
ERP-4900FixFix to prevent AR invoices from being recreated in ClickToPay after they were paid.

Sage 300: September 2023 Updates

This release updates all supported versions of Sage 300. It includes usability updates to REPAY batch processing, improved messaging for credit card errors, and installers for all versions of Sage 300. It also adds support for a second payment gateway. The new gateway is referred to as the REPAY gateway; our existing gateway is now referred to as the Legacy gateway. For more information, see REPAY Gateway Notes, later in this release note.

  • REPAY Gateway - select the gateway URL for the environment you are connecting to, then enter Client ID and Client Secret

REPAY Gateway Notes

There is no change for current REPAY Sage 300 customers. Continue to use your existing payment setup. (If you previously sent transactions using the Legacy gateway, you can't change to the new REPAY gateway.)

If you are a new customer, work with your implementation team to select the gateway that is appropriate for your needs. The REPAY gateway doesn't currently support EMV transactions.
