REPAY Payables: Version 314

This release fixes a user interface issue on the Check Details screen where sometimes you couldn't access check images. It also adds validation for Canadian bank routing numbers (for Canadian vendor payments support).

This release updates the years available in the expiration year list on the hosted credit card form (used by ERP integrations and the payments portal to take credit card information).

ERP-7852FixUpdated the expiration year list on the hosted credit card form to show years from the current year + 15 years. This fixes an issue where a customer reported they couldn't select a year later than 2033 when entering a buyer's credit card details.

REPAY Payables: Version 312

Released: January 7, 2025

This release adds logic to ensure payment group totals are updated correctly and funds aren't withdrawn for held payments. It also includes internal security fixes, monitoring improvements and updates to new FTP user/password requirements. 

Note: In the coming months, we will begin migrating FTP users to a new, more secure SFTP system on AWS. Our Customer Service team will be reaching out with more details.

FixImproved logic now cancels a payment group when all payments and invoices within the group are held (and moved to a new group) or cancelled. This addresses an issue where the original total amount of a (now-empty) group wasn't updated to zero and funds were incorrectly withdrawn.

REPAY ClickToPay and Sage Intacct: Version 1.57.0

This release includes usability improvements to Sage Intacct AP, making it easier to drill down from REPAY payment groups and view related bills and posted payments. It also includes an update to the ClickToPay API.

REPAY Payables Hotfix: Version 311.1

This hotfix corrects an issue introduced in version 311 where REPAY Payables incorrectly pulled funds from the customer account, including the amount for the held payment, despite it being transferred to a new group.

Sage 100: Version 7.10

This release adds the discount due date to the invoice approval screen, adds support for Sage 100 2024 PU1 and addresses several bugs.

ERP-7330FeatureAccounts Payable > Repay Invoice Approval. The discount due date is now included in the list of invoices, making it easier for users to avoid missing discounts.
ERP-7463FixAccounts Receivable. On REPAY version 7.09, an Invalid Session error was displayed when taking a payment using a saved credit card.
ERP-7468FixLegacy gateway. The REPAY integration now only sends the currency code if the company is set up as multi-currency. Previously, it sent USD instead of allowing the gateway to default the payment currency based on the merchant settings.
ERP-7489FixLegacy gateway. When you tried to refund credit card payment, the following error was displayed and you couldn't exit the credit memo.
You must enter payment information in the following fields in order to accept the transaction.
ERP-7517FixCustomer Credit Card Maintenance. After editing a saved credit card, when you open the edit window again, the masked card number field is missing.
ERP-7519FixThe masked card number is missing in Invoice Data Entry when creating a refund.

WooCommerce: Version 3.3.0

Released: December 3, 2024

This release includes preparations to add the REPAY plugin to the WooCommerce Marketplace and corrected a REPAY pop-up error.

Release Notes

REPAY for WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin. To access REPAY settings, in the WordPress admin console, go to WooCommerce > Settings and click the Payments tab. Next to REPAY Configurations, click Manage.

Installation

To install the plugin:

  1. Download the plugin but don't unzip it. 
  2. Sign in to the WordPress admin dashboard and select Plugins and then click Add New.
  3. At the top of the Add Plugins page, click Upload Plugin and browse to select the REPAY plugin.
  4. Click Install Now.
